I have reflected on just how far I have come in the past six months in terms of expanding my consciousness, balancing my yin and yang and welcoming my shadow to compliment my light. I really am so incredibly grateful. I appreciate that nothing is by accident (hence why I am in this training) however I am not sure how I would have navigated through this year without your support, love and guidance. I could not speak highly enough of this training. You have already delivered above and beyond my expectations and we are only half way through. I sincerely thank you I have moved through so much pain and shifting this year and TRULY feel that I am now ready to shine my love and light brightly to raise the consciousness of the planet by bringing love via speaking and writing which is my divine purpose.     The meditation was like drinking a huge glass of endless water that my whole being has been so intensly thirsting for, for so long. As soon as the meditation started all the pain left. There in rawness from the week all came surging out of my cells like fire. Hugely from my heart chakra, my base was intense and the spine was like ripping out memories upon memories upon memories. And I was in love with the words the love vibrations and all the suggestions I couldnt take in enough my whole self and body was screaming YES. i REALLY FELT LIKE i GOT IT, i KNEW IT, I WANT IT. Oh and to say goodbye to that painful holy crap!! was the biggest releif I have ever felt. Thank the Heavens, thank you Avril and Thank me. Thats all from my first meditation, I cant wait to do more, I am addicted!!!!.

    I find everything is great for me, just the right pace. I love the Soul Couching I considered it sacred and touches right through my inner being. It helped me a lot on my shifting. The chat from the begining was a bit scary because it was my first time but now I am comfortable with it... I have shifted big time and learned so much within this last couple of months. All of these and many more wisdom to come I thank you from the very core of my heart. While I'm typing this right now I have tears of joy in my eyes because you have enriched and empowered my life, I am forever grateful for all your help.     Firstly and most importantly thankyou to everybody for the beautiful beings you are. I feel so grateful to be part on this tribe. Since the beginning of this journey of the Program things have been falling into place very quickly for me and today just cemented everything further. I gained great insight into everybody's journeys and purposes of being on the program.     Hello Avril, Firstly thankyou for now coaching session on Tuesday, it cemented so many of my thoughts and feelings throughout my life and i have embraced this new knowing with divine empowerment. I have found this module to be in perfect timing (of course) with all that is in my journey now. I feel can follow my heart as i did once , but now with the knowledge and wisdom i have gained through this program from you, spirit and the other tribe members... we are all so blessed to be connected at this time.     All in all, these last few modules have brought be so much peace, understanding, belief and faith in Spirit and myself. I see and know deep within me that all is happening as it should. So, so much of the frustration and impatience I have felt is at rest now.

    Hi Avril , Just wanted to thank you for the beautiful meditation, I have done it twice and both times I continue on much longer than the meditiation takes, it was wonderful and just what I needed at this moment in time.

    I was sooo relax after the meditation, and because it was late I went straight to bed. I look forward to the next one.

    My experiences have been different yet equally as rewarding. First time: I was overwhelmed with gratitude, unconditional love, peace, joy and the positive tears that go along with that... I was given wonderful messages and an affirmation to use for abundance - I had an absolutely incredible and wonderful experience Second time: was all about healing for me, almost a void experience and very peaceful and relaxing I am sure future meditations will be as equally rewarding - thank you!
